Delete your account

An account is optional in Risense. If you never linked one, we hold no data about you; deleting the App is enough.

In the App (fastest)

1. Open Risense and go to the Profile tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and all of your server data are deleted immediately.

If you cannot access the App

Email help@onurbulut.dev from the Apple or Google email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my Risense account". We verify you by that address, delete the account within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account record (Apple/Google identifier and email address)
• All workouts, exercises, sets and notes on the server
• All body weight entries on the server
• All session tokens (sessions on your other devices are signed out)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. No backups are kept on the server.

What is not deleted

• Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel Risense Pro. Cancel it in the App Store under Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
• Purchase records. Apple and Google keep purchase records under their own policies to meet legal obligations.
